1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup where possible, or you may need to send the item to our warehouse.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
